A structured, child-centred method for protecting, strengthening, and rebuilding the parent-child relationship - through and beyond separation.

The Back To You Method™ was created to help parents navigate separation with greater clarity, confidence, and hope. Small changes in a parent's responses can create meaningful changes in the parent-child relationship over time.

Whenever it is safe and possible,
every child deserves a meaningful relationship with both parents.

The Five Stages of the Back To You Method™

A practical, evidence-based journey designed to de-escalate conflict, steady your personal response, and build a lasting bridge back to your child.

01

Understand What Is Happening

Gain deep clinical clarity on the emotional dynamics behind your child's defensive behavior and withdrawal.

02

Steady Yourself

Develop absolute composure and emotional independence. A calmer parent creates a safer relationship.

03

Understand the Dynamic

Recognize hidden systemic patterns and external influences that shape the current parent–child estrangement.

04

Rebuild Communication

Master specific templates and low-pressure contact techniques that feel completely emotionally safe for your child.

05

Reconnect and Sustain

Nurture trust through systematic patience, consistency, and small, safe moments of genuine emotional connection.

Why the Method Works

By replacing emotional reactivity with high-prestige strategic calm, BTY transforms family dynamics from the ground up.

Uliana Feldserov

Meet the Founder - Uliana Feldserov

Educator, family separation specialist, therapist, and doctoral researcher.

Uliana Feldserov's professional background combines education, family support, coaching, and research, with a long-term mission of protecting the parent–child relationship during and after separation.

Alongside her professional work, Uliana has also experienced family separation from both perspectives.

As a child, she grew up separated from one of her parents. Years later, after her own separation, she experienced the profound pain of becoming a rejected parent herself. Rebuilding the relationship with her own child became one of the experiences that helped shape the Back To You Method™ and deepened her understanding of what children and parents need when relationships are under strain.

Today, her vision is to build the Back To You Method™ into an internationally recognized framework that supports families, professionals, and organizations around the world.
